We were in constant communication with Jennifer, who managed our project with a crew of four guys - Iâ ve never seen a crew work this hard. They were courteous, detailed, experienced and even installed new security lights for us. We also had our deck posts stained, turned out beautiful. Jennifer did the final walk through with us and caught nit picky things we never would have noticed. They also power washed the deck and house. I had to convince my husband to paint the stucco (honey, itâ s really YOUR idea!), turned out beautiful. Two of our neighbors also used them so we had referrals. I highly, highly recommend them. "I would say you canâ t go wrong if you hire Steven from Exterior Maintenance KC for any of the work he does. Very easy to talk too and a very friendly honest person. Steven kept me updated as he stained my new Privacy fence, deck around my pool and front porch. He could have easily just lightly stained everything and I wouldnâ t have known the difference but Steven made sure to really put the stain on thick so that it would not only look nice but last much longer than had I tried it myself. I couldnâ t happier with how it all turned out and Iâ m confident that it will look great for years to come. Money well spent!"

"In a word - OUTSTANDING! Christopher Wilson and his entire crew did a terrific job painting the exterior of our home and staining our decks. We also had a significant amount of wood rot that need to be repaired. The carpentry and craftsmanship was top-notch as they mitigated the wood rot. The entire crew worked hard, were responsive and kept a clean job site. I would hire Christopher Wilson and his company again without reservation."

"Kevin Turner came out and gave me a bid on painting the exterior of our house, the same day that I called him.   We hired him the following week, and he and his crew, began working on our house a few days later.  They started at 7:30 a.m. and worked until 3:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday, cleaning up the site each day.  Kevin was also here each day, working along side his crew.  He talked with us and showed us, what they were doing each day, and he was quick to answer our questions and address any concerns we had.  He and his crew were friendly and respectful of our family, including our dogs, enabling us to put them out when we needed to.  They did a great job on painting the entire exterior of our large 4 bedroom, 1.5 story house, including the gutters and two garage doors.  They removed a large amount of rotten wood and installed new pieces, at times stripping it down to the studs and replacing siding as well.  They replaced damaged shutters and put up new ones.  They painted all of our exterior doors and removed an old, rotting deck with stairs, and built a new staircase down to the patio below.  He also left some paint behind, for us to paint a 3rd garage door with, once it's installed.  The job took about a week and a half to complete.  All in all, we feel it was a very good experience, and we highly recommend Kevin Turner Painting to anyone needing to transform the outside of their house.

"Gabriel and Cody did a great job at a good price. They power washed my deck, put on some kind of chemical disinfectant and then came back the next day to stain and seal it. One evening and one day. They also made a few repairs to a couple of loose boards and loose steps. Gabriel asked if there was anything else I needed done. So few for a few extra bucks they power washed and stained my attached shed. Excellent work and both were of outstanding character. Highly recommend."
