"I would say you canâ t go wrong if you hire Steven from Exterior Maintenance KC for any of the work he does. Very easy to talk too and a very friendly honest person. Steven kept me updated as he stained my new Privacy fence, deck around my pool and front porch. He could have easily just lightly stained everything and I wouldnâ t have known the difference but Steven made sure to really put the stain on thick so that it would not only look nice but last much longer than had I tried it myself. "Kevin and his crew were very efficient. He came by and left stain colors as well as the estimate for work even though I was not able to be home to meet him. In order to do the job well he trimmed some bushes surrounding my deck and got rid of the yard waste. As the crew worked, he sent me pictures of the process and put the deck furniture back where it had been. The entire process was professional and immaculate.
