"He picked up my wrought iron patio furniture, took it to his shop to prepare and paint it, and then returned it. He went above and beyond when he bought and replaced all the missing plastic feet for the furniture! I'm really pleased with the result!"

"Dan and his team were extremely polite, professional, and provided superior service. We really appreciated the time he took during the initial walk through to advise of the work that would be conducted. It was a great experience to have paint color consultant, Cheryl, visit to help us come up with the exterior home paint colors that we love. à  à ¢à  à  à  à  The painters completed quality work in a timely fashion and Dan completed a second walkthrough to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. PEMCO Painting exceeded our expectations"

"I hired Pro Home Exteriors to remove wood rot from the front side of my house. I had my doubts about the work they needed to do. I was blown away with the final outcome of the project. It actually looked like the front of my house was brand new. I highly recommend this company if you need any work done on the outside of your house. They deserved 5 out of 5 stars!"

"Great job, great price, and prompt. Jimmy and his crew repaired cracks in the wall and a large crack in the popcorn ceiling. They also painted our walls and stained our deck. It looks like we have a brand new house. If you hire them, you won't be sorry."

Customers say: Quick response

"If I could rate them higher than 5.0 for quality, service and communication I would. Pricing is very competitive. We're extremely pleased with the final product (whole house painted and wood rot repaired). Pat and his crew were easy to work with and very responsive to questions and concerns. He will definitely be our first call for future painting work!"

"I recently had 360 painting paint my whole exterior of the home and wood rot repair, it looks amazing! They worked so hard, even through Halloween and communicated with me frequently about updates of the project from the quote until final walk through, and after touch ups. I recently went with a big company that has been around for a long time and had a good reputation. They made a lot of mistakes and did not pay attention to detail. I brought in Dee and her crew with 360 painting to fix what the other company missed. I regret not going with 360 painting from the beginning, because their attention to detail is on point, communication was great, and lots of integrity. If you want a company you can trust with your home and treat it like your own, along with paying attention to all the details, along with trusting a company when you are not there please consider 360 painting."

Deck Staining questions, answered by experts

It’s best to prime composite decking before painting. This promotes better paint adhesion, helps create a smooth finish, and can mean the paint job will last longer. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for application, allow ample primer drying time before painting (typically 24 to 48 hours), and thoroughly clean the deck boards to promote the best adhesion.

Wood stain is typically dry to the touch within 6 to 12 hours, but it is not fully cured at this point. You should wait at least 24 hours before applying a second coat or a protective finish. For surfaces like decks, avoid walking on them for at least 24 to 48 hours, and wait even longer before placing furniture. The full curing process can take from 24 hours to one week, depending on the type of stain. Factors like high humidity and cold temperatures can extend drying and curing times, so it's wise to allow for extra time in these conditions.

There are more pros than cons when staining a deck. Deck stain is more affordable than paint, it protects the wood and allows the natural textures to shine through, and it can revive the appearance of your home. However, deck stain also requires prep work (sometimes days or more), carries more upkeep than a painted deck, and can fade over time if not cared for.

Hot, intense sunshine can cause your stain to dry too quickly, which could lead it to look uneven or patchy. If you’re staining the deck during hotter months, it’s best to do it in the morning or evening once the wood has had time to cool down. If you’re staining in cooler weather with less sunshine, the time of day won’t make as much of a difference.

Yes, you can and should paint or stain pressure-treated wood to help prevent the boards from cracking. However, you must wait for the wood to dry out completely before applying any finish. Freshly treated wood can take weeks or even months to dry; a common recommendation is to wait three to six months. To check if the wood is ready, perform a simple water test: drip some water onto the surface. If the water beads up, the wood is still too wet and needs more time to dry. If the wood absorbs the water, it is dry enough to be painted or stained. You can proceed with building your deck or fence while the wood is still wet, but you will need to wait to apply the paint or stain.
