Don?t use this guy. Like the Fed?s say Trust but do your due diligence. I failed to do mine?.
TC talks a very good game like most cons do. I got 99% of my work done but the quality was not up to standards. I could have saved 28k by paying friends with beer and pizza to get the same standard of work. I had his team add another bathroom in the basement. I had a 3 way switch and outlets not working and I was accused of ?tampering? with the wiring. The guys came back out and found that the 3 way was not correctly wired as well as the GFCI. The shower surround was being installed and I kept telling them it wasn?t being installed correctly. They didn?t listen the right thing and had to purchase and install a new surround. They tapped into the HVAC trunk and installed the starting take off upside down and in a hole that is too large so now it fills my garage with cold air vs the house and I can?t get him to come back and fix it. Didn?t insulate all the walls per contract.

He charged us for granite countertops, but he never purchased or install. He uses a fraudulent milestone billing method to collect payment payments for work that never gets completed.. TC Cole or Teair Cole has lawsuits on the public record and commits fraud throughout Nebraska, Missouri, and Kansas. He took our money and left us with a completely unfinished upstairs. He removed the garbage dump and left us with a garage full of trash.

He collected a $60,000 down payment for materials on major remodeling in Dec, 2023. He strung it out till July, 2024 thennever finished the work or purchased all the materials. Later we found a lawsuit online naming this company in a settlement at that same time for $60,000. We believe he planned the scam from the beginning.

Teair Txxxxx Cole AKA: TC Cxxx or Teair Cxxxx owner of Faith and Grace Home Improvement left us with a garage full of trash since they stopped paying the dumpster fee and house full of poorly made progress , but no completion. * Masonry fireplace installed with wood framing. Expert says we would have had a house fire. * Kitchen tile installed without proper mortar. Have 12 cracks in under 2 months. * Master shower tile installed with no waterproofing and insufficient mortar. * Kitchen cabinets installed with small head nails which would have ripped off the walls upon loading. Some installed upside down. It gets worse, but needless to say, we want at least $70,000 returned. We paid him $125,640. (removed a link } Buyer Beware Scam Alert { removed link}

"in reponse to the review this was the case of multiple breaches of contract. We were forced to to put a stop order on this project due to the customers instructing the crew to do work outside of thes original scope without written approval as stated in the contract. Many conversations were had an a attempt to come to a resolution. The customers chose not to pay for any of the change orders that were requested and completed. Also Stating in a meeting " we can not go off what they say" there were many attempts to exploit our skill for free. The customer requested we upgrade all electrical to their home and when we agreed and submitted the change order the response was they assumed we would do it for free. Customers also stated that any permits needed for the project they would secure. The process included complete renovation with structural changes. WE have found that the permits were never pulled hence no inspections of work were completed. Making us uncomofortable with the situation. We have a list of compliments on quality and customer service from the same customers for our work. The agreement for materials were mid range in pricing with exception of the shower. Once work began the customers quickly changed to luxery everything ignoring warnings of strict budget they agreed to going drastically over budget which can also be presented. Pictures of progress will be uploaded to show quality. Payments were based on trade milestones and are stated in the contract. Once we stood our ground and asked for payment we recieved many threats that if we did not give them the added work for free and return to finish Carrie Jeske would put in overtime to ruin our name. This is not something we could agree to. Hence the inaccurate and clearly false string of reviews. These customers chose to use the word christian to try and take advantage and extort people then try and justify it by saying they were doing our company a favor by letting us do this project. there were many references to us as poor people and also that we would do better if we were associated with a caucasion christian business owner We staand by our workers and quality and customer service as reflected in the many 5star reviews this is an unfortunate case we had hoped to resolve"
