"I would say you canâ t go wrong if you hire Steven from Exterior Maintenance KC for any of the work he does. Very easy to talk too and a very friendly honest person. Steven kept me updated as he stained my new Privacy fence, deck around my pool and front porch. He could have easily just lightly stained everything and I wouldnâ t have known the difference but Steven made sure to really put the stain on thick so that it would not only look nice but last much longer than had I tried it myself. I couldnâ t happier with how it all turned out and Iâ m confident that it will look great for years to come. Money well spent!"

"In a word - OUTSTANDING! Christopher Wilson and his entire crew did a terrific job painting the exterior of our home and staining our decks. We also had a significant amount of wood rot that need to be repaired. The carpentry and craftsmanship was top-notch as they mitigated the wood rot. "Kevin and his crew were very efficient. He came by and left stain colors as well as the estimate for work even though I was not able to be home to meet him. In order to do the job well he trimmed some bushes surrounding my deck and got rid of the yard waste. As the crew worked, he sent me pictures of the process and put the deck furniture back where it had been. The entire process was professional and immaculate. "Ken Turner, the owner of Turner Painting Company came to my home the day I called and spoke with him about repair and painting of some walls and a ceiling in my home. He looked at all that needed to be done, explained how everything would be repaired and painted, and gave me a very reasonable bid of $750 to do the work. He set up an appointment for the work to be done. I gave him a check for $150. I had all the paint that would be used for the job, except for the foyer ceiling. Ken let me choose the color I wanted, to match the walls, and the cost of the paint was included in the bid. The appointment was for 8:00 A.M. and the painters, (Jane and Jake) were at my home about 5 minutes early. Jake sealed off the area around the foyer, got the old peeling ceiling sanded down, coated, and painted. He carefully took down the little chandelier, and did a perfect job. Meanwhile, Jane repaired and painted two small areas in the kitchen. Unfortunately, that can of paint had dried up, so she went to get a quart of paint to match. She then went upstairs and took care of a wall that had water stains on it from a leak in a pipe on the roof. The leak had been repaired, so it was time to repair and paint the wall, which she did perfectly. They left for lunch, to give the walls and ceilings a chance to dry. They painted everything, and finished the job by late afternoon. Cleanup was perfect. You would never know that scraping had been done. The owner, and the people he sent to do the job were all friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and proud to do the jobs perfectly. I would certainly use this company again, and I would recommend them to anyone needing repair and painting at their home. This is a family owned business, and I have found over the years that family businesses have pride in their company, and are usually perfectionists. Jane told me if I have any problems with their work, they would be happy to return to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I have no doubt that they do every job as well as they did mine Jill"
