A few months later we had them remodel our kitchen which included adding new cabinets, painting existing cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting and plumbing. They were always prompt, dependable, cleaned up after each day’s work and extremely easy to communicate with. "Dean was a fantastic fit for our remodel! We removed a small bathroom, added a full bathroom in another section, replaced siding, moved windows, added a peninsula and replaced countertops. Dean was perfect for all of it! He's knowledgeable, shoots straight, and struck the right balance between speaking up and making our vision happen. There were times we had to push for what we wanted, and the final result always worked out so well. We regularly showed him examples of what we wanted, and it was great to see that quickly translate into steps and materials. I had no concerns about my small children being around his team. They were careful and kind. There were times where something was missed or messes were made, but it's construction. They always made it right. My main concern was my own fault. We added onto the project as we went, and periodically I didn't know where we stood with our budget. It all worked out, but a wiser me would have planned a smaller project to begin with. We ended up replacing some siding and wood rot per Dean's suggestion, and it was definitely the right call. Overall, I'd highly recommend H3 for medium-size projects!"
