Larry and the crew did a great job on the basement and treated my home well. It was his first job in Johnson County, KS, and he went through the steps to get his contractors license in this county, learn the code, pull necessary permits and build to code. There were no findings in any of the three city inspections and the inspector was very complimentary of the work that was performed. IDC was responsive to changes along the way, always kept us informed, and answered all of my many, many questions! The job did take longer than initially planned but there were some weather related delays that contributed. Larry runs a small crew and they had to drive from Lawrence to Olathe each day so that ate into the time. The crew was fun to work with and in the end our vision was brought to life.
