Fuller Construction is a locally owned and operated business. We have has been doing upscale concrete work in Kansas city for over 45 years. We provide one on one consultation throughout your entire project to ensure satisfaction. We provide an array of concrete services; pool deck specialist from all types of repairs, resurfacing, full tear out and replace, and all types of decorative coatings. We are sometimes referred to as the pool doctor as we take on projects most do not want to tackle. With over 45 years of pool projects we have seen just about everything. He was negligent and dishonest. I had his work reviewed by professionals who said it would require significant rework. He does not take responsibility for his mistakes. I chose him based on the high rating on this site - but there is no way he could have received such a rating. Further, his competitors said that he has a reputation for dishonesty and unprofessional work.
