Out of all the companies that came out to bid on the project, Lucio was the most knowledgeable and professional. He provided a complete report as to what needed to be replaced and was very transparent that there may be further damage that needed to be repaired and the potential cost of those repairs before starting the project. His crew was very efficient and cleaned up the area quite nicely upon completion.

We had a roof vent blow off during the heavy rains of May 2021 and a downspout shoot water from the second floor into the driveway. It was a mess! Little did we know that there was more damage than we knew. We were so impressed by Licio's approach of taking video and pictures and thorough documentation for pricing so that we could see just what was happening on our very steep roof and ridgeline- in addition to our vent and downspout. Licio then shared those pictures with his crew so there wasn't any guessing for them as they did the labor. He was honest about what we needed to do- even if it wasn't the most lucrative option for him. We had a downspout repaired, a spashshield installed, silicone rubber around the vents as well as a few patches on our roof. We knew what was happening at each stage of the process. Karla, the receptionist, was very responsive and answered my questions in a very professional and timely manner. We would highly recommend their service!

We have had the pleasure of working with Licio for nearly a year. He is so thorough in his inspection that he brought things to our attention that urgently needed to be fixed such as broken rafters and a missing exhaust pipe. Unfortunately for him, that meant a delay of nearly a year while we had things repaired so that it would be safe for his crew to replace our roof and gutters. During those 11 months, Licio stayed in contact and helped in any way that he could. He is quick to respond, always willing to take his time to answer questions and as I mentioned, extremely thorough. The whole process was professional from the bid to the work. And he comes out himself to inspect the work his crew does. We are extremely pleased that we hired HT Roofing and hope to have them do more for us in the future.

I needed some roof repair work done on my home. Not something one often needs. HT Roofing & Construction was one of the companies I contacted, and they were the only ones that promptly replied. Licio came and assessed the situation. He provided pictures and video with descriptions of the issues, and then submitted a bid with a couple of options, both of which were reasonable. The crew came and did a really excellent job. Pictures of the finished work were provided as well. I was really pleased with the whole experience doing business with HT Roofing & Construction and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

We recently had a roof leak and called HT Roofing & Construction. They were able to quickly come out, tarp the leak and provide an inspection (all in the rain). From the beginning to the end, they have been great to work with and made the insurance process super easy. They did a fantastic job on our roof and gutters. We even had a neighbor tell us afterwards how great of a job they did on the roof, no corners were cut, they went over and beyond. They even painted existing piping to match the roof and added more ventilation that was needed. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I also plan to use them again on other home improvements in the future.

We have used HT Roofing & Construction for two jobs so far and plan on calling them for more work in the near future. For both jobs, one on the roof for multiple leaks and one to change the direction of a down-spout for out gutter, I was very satisfied with their work. In both cases, the work was done quickly, cleanly, and without any defects -- great quality! They were very meticulous in their attention to detail and found several areas where my roof needed repairs and they were able to address each one of them in a timely manner. After the job was complete, they made sure all their waste materials were picked up and you could not even tell they had been onsite, other than the fact that the leaks in the roof were gone. Licio is a fantastic contact, when he comes out, he is very professional, very helpful in explaining what is wrong and what needs to be done. He also comes back and ensures that the work that was completed is done according to the specifications agreed to in the quote. I will definitely be calling on HT Roofing & Construction for work in the future.

Do yourself a favor and hire these guys. They replaced my roof and fixed the things the previous roofers cut corners on (not enough vents, no water runoff precautions). I will hire them again for other repair work. They fit me in earlier than expected. Total cost came in slightly less than the bid. They left my yard like they'd never been there. I've done a pass around the house 3 times and haven't seen a single nail. Impressed throughout the entire process.

Another happy customer! I called HT Roofing and Construction. Licio said he would be out that afternoon to check the roof. He saw the ceiling stains and inspected the exterior of the roof. Licio told us he would need to come back with one of his crew to run water on the roof while observing from the attic. Licio and crewmember showed-up at the agreed time but since it was raining, they didn't need to use the hose. They isolated the areas needing repair, and that very same day they were back and repaired the roof. My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. The project completion was timely and turned out superb. HT Roofing and Construction are very prompt, personable, thorough, reasonably priced, and dependable. he sent 2 men in 15 minutes to blow junk from tree in the corner of roof over garage so when I put deck stain down it will be clean they were real nice - had excellent service did more than I asked even blew leaves off driveway as they were leaving out front - really would recommend them and ht roofing owner. thanks a lot Judy.
