Residential Solutions is an amazing company! Coby and his team painted our home inside and out. They refinished our cabinets and Coby hooked us up with Rob, who did a phenomenal job refinishing our hardwood floors. Coby and his team also restained our business building, making it look alive again. The cost was right in our budget and Coby's follow-up was the best customer service I have ever experienced. I strongly recommend this company for home and/or business improvements you may need!

They were on time and were professional in every way. Some paint was accidentally removed from a door jamb while power washing. They identified the issue and repainted the area They painted my foundation, stained my deck plus supports for a four season deck. They exceeded my expectations. I contacted them because of their high recommendation from a close friend.

Recently we had our house painted and wood rot repaired or replaced. This was a major investment for us and Craig was excellent in keeping us informed as the job progressed. He was very responsive to any questions we had during the entire process. We were pleased from the estimate he gave us to the finished product. Fast, prompt, honest, and a pleasure to work with. We were very pleased with our experience with Residential Solutions. We recently moved into a house that needed substantial wood rot repair and exterior paint and they did a great job. Craig was great to work with and kept us fully informed on the progress and any issues that arose. On the last day he made sure we were satisfied with the final result and had his crew fix an item that we had raised concerns about. The crew who did the work were professional and did a fantastic job. Our house looks awesome!

They were a great company to work with! Coby was on the job every day to make sure everything was going well. Omar is an incredible worker/carpenter/painter! He installed a band board along the bottom of the siding and repaired some siding that makes the house look new - along with the great paint job! I already recommended them to a friend. You can't go wrong!

Beautiful paint job, and unbelievable customer service! We knew what was going on at all times. Colby made it a point to contact us frequently to keep us updated, and also managed to fit in our guttering from another company in a very busy time of the year. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them in the future.

Colby is very helpful and available when you need him. His crew was very professional and kind. I plan to use them again in the Spring for some interior painting. Very affordable, and doesn't try to oversell you on extras. Great experience!

Coby was great to work with and his team completed the project in a timely manner as promised. He bid my power wash/paint job on a Friday and I hired him on the spot after receiving a few other bids. My siding was power washed the next Monday, and Francisco and his team did a great job painting my house on Wednesday. One of the bids I received was a bit lower, but Coby was confident his team could do the work I wanted, and was very reasonably priced compared to other bids. I believe I received a great value and quality work. I highly recommend Residential Solutions KC.

Everything went very smoothly. They took very special care with restaining and sealing our deck.

Coby, Brent and all the guys that did our work were fantastic. Super nice and all eager to do a good, efficient job. Our house was sanded, prepped and completely painted in 4 days. Coby called me daily to make sure I was happy with the progression of the work. Brent built us a new catwalk that is now a focal point for the front of our house. The guys that did the painting talked to me before they started the painting to make sure they were clear as to what needed to be done. They did a great job of cleaning up the day the job was completed. I had been trying to find a contractor for 5 months with no luck. 3 different contractors promised estimates, a couple gave them but then never followed through even with me sending numerous emails, texts and phone messages. Coby called me immediately when I went on HomeAdvisor, set up a time for his estimate and had it to me in two days. He contacted me numerous times to set up times to confirm each stage of the updates and was on time every time. There was no upfront money, just a handshake and a promise to do a good job asap. I absolutely could not be happier with the way my house looks now and can not say enough about all the guys that worked hard to make it look that way. If you want fast, friendly and the very best service they are the ones to call!

Francisco's team was great - they worked hard to get the job completed on time even with weather delays. We had some minor items that didn't get completed in the original planned timeline, but Coby was extremely cooperative and had someone back out to the house to finish the job the next day. We are extremely happy with the quality of work.
