"After the first team wasn't able to repair the windows, Star Windows sent a second team that included the Window Whisperer who worked on the windows until they both worked as intended. I am very impressed with this company and their level of service. Most window companies just want to replace windows, not even attempt to repair, but not Star Windows! "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
