I made my request extremely clear: I needed a dead mouse REMOVED from inside my house. Nothing complicated. Nothing unclear. Just do the job I called for. What I got instead was someone walking around the OUTSIDE of my home for about 10 minutes, doing absolutely NOTHING related to the issue, fixing NOTHING, identifying NOTHING, and then charging me $199 for work I never asked for and that provided ZERO value.
