"Windows were cleaned both inside & out and look great. They were prompt, very professional, and cleaned the windows with care from a ladder; and with minimum cleaning solution. Also, followed up to clean any small areas needing touch up during their final inspection. Most importantly, they used care not to scuff windows with their equipment and did not wear jewelry while cleaning. Excellent job."

"Highly recommend this company for windows. Had all windows in the house replaced with good quality energy efficient windows at an unbeatable price. Install crew was fantastic, and customer service is best I have ever had, after getting some caulk on one of our new screens, they ordered a replacement for us without having to ask them to. We had a quote from another company for windows with same energy ratings and similar construction but they wanted 3x the money for the job. "We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. "After the first team wasn't able to repair the windows, Star Windows sent a second team that included the Window Whisperer who worked on the windows until they both worked as intended. I am very impressed with this company and their level of service. Most window companies just want to replace windows, not even attempt to repair, but not Star Windows! I would highly recommend this company."
