Seamless from order to install. The carpenters did an exceptional job on the installation. The company was detail-oriented. i expected them to leave off a detail that I ordered, but it was 100% what I had requested. Pricing was ok, but I still felt like I was paying a high retail amount. The office kept me informed during the day of installation.

They did a poor job on the details. They would leave the job unfinished and would not say when they were coming back. I needed to hire another person to finish up some of the details.

The guys came in and talked to us and explained what they were here to do Asked if we had any questions we discussed with them and then they started work We talked throughout process Would recommend this crew for anyone Great job

Prompt and excellent quality

Alenco of Fenton signed a contract for $13,987 to do a tub to shower conversion. When the project was finished, we saw that the niche storage unit that we selected had not been installed. The workmen said that this had to be a mistake by the warehouse personnel who did not include that in our order. They assured me that Alenco would take care of it. I called and spoke to Chelsea in Customer Service and she said that we evidently had not ordered the niche and it would cost an additional $320 to have one installed. I said that the contract clearly stated "I have chosen a locker, niche or shelves on this contract." She said that all contracts say that which makes no sense, since this is an option. I paid the extra $320, but am disputing that charge. The workmen and the product are excellent, and I rate them as a 5. The customer service I only rate a 1, because 0 is not available. I will refer this to the BBB.

The installer was professional, on time both days, cleaned up when done both days & did an amazing job renovating my shower. It is exactly what I wanted & I am so pleased. It was definitely worth the 4 month wait. Also, thanks to the office staff that kept me updated on the the progress of the materials. Thanks so much, as I will be enjoying my new shower for years to come! #onehappycustomer

This place is a fraud. They make a promise or guarantee and then fail to keep it.I bought gutter covers a few years ago with the guarantee that they would not clog, but if they did, they would come out and unclog them.I reached out to them yesterday and got a message today talking about $600 to fix it. I called the unprofessional lady back and tried to explain that I did not need anything replaced, only unclogged, as they had promised. She begins to argue with me and tells me about a laundry list of things I need to do to keep the covers in good condition (more than I would have to do if I did not have the covers?!). She keeps cutting me off, saying that is how it is and something about # 7 (there is no # 7 in my contract).I would never have purchased these covers if; 1) they did not guarantee that they would not clog and that if they did, they would come to unclog them.The covers are significantly more expensive than others, and that is the ONLY reason I paid the high price for them. 2) They did not promise a lifetime warranty. This company is a bait and switch! Buyer beware!

The sales pitch from the beginning was over the top and fake, a phone call to someone that is looking at my house on Zillow as we speak to get a discount? Come on, guys. Communication was very poor. I had no idea about the status of the project for 3.5 months. I got voicemails when I would call, and they would call back 2 days later. When I inquired about cancelling the project due to lack of communication, my materials amazingly were ready a week later. The guys showed up (with no details about when/what to expect) to do work and knocked it out quickly, I do not have any complaints about the actual siding. However, the 4 months leading up to the project were very frustrating. Do not think I will be using Alenco again, the siding was fine but I prefer to trust the company I am giving large amounts of money to.

They were very professional, knowledgeable and were great at helping me, the customer get what I wanted! The installers were extremely courteous, quick and efficient!

Buyer beware. If any issues develop after the work is completed, as we experienced, we were told: *You are on your own*. They will not even return phone calls or respond to email communication. This was not a cheap project - $40,000.
