"This company repaired a piece rotted pipe and I continued to have problems. Then I was told it cost me thousands MORE dollars to have my front yard tore up, when the problem was not in my yard, but a city a problem that the city took care of! The report from the city is available to reference!! Stay away from this poorly ran company!!"

I looked on Angie's list for driveway contractors. I came up with 3 and gave them the information they required. I heard back from two and based on the size of my driveway was quoted a price. I was very impresed with the owner of Blankenship when I met him. I also thought his price was reasonable. When his crew arrived I new I hired the right company. I could tell by their apprearance that this is what they do. They unlaoaded their equipment and soon went to work. The job was completed in two days. "Iâ ve read the reviews on this company and everyone has rated them 5 stars. I donâ t understand this. We are nearly a month in trying to get septic plans and I still donâ t have them. They tell me a date. The next week I call, of course no one ever answer the phone, I get and email saying itâ s going to be longer. Soil test was already completed we talking plans only. In the time Iâ ve been waiting for the plans, Iâ ve already paid for so I can obtain a permit through Jackson County, the house could have had the slab poured and the entire house framed. No joke. I could be running electrical now but instead Iâ m still waiting for them to draw plans so I can get a permit Good luck. Maybe donâ t pay them upfront."

"They did a terrible job. My pipes leaked after they redid them all because they forgot to glue them together and it damaged sheet rock, flooring and subflooring. After the job was done they handed me a bill for 2 times the amount bid and on the bid was all the damages that they cause and fixed. They are trying to charge me for fixing their mistakes."

Modern septic tanks have two lids: one that covers the inlet where wastewater flows into the tank and one that covers the outlet where the treated water flows out to the drain field. Instead, use a light layer of topsoil and plant grass to help with soil stability.
