Hired Mark after only one estimate quote. During n while speaking with him I advised I wanted to raise the height of the fencing to four ft since I had dogs, using whatever salvageable material n realign adjusting the post. Since I work during the day n he wanted to work during the week, I was not present. After having time to take to inspect and revIew the work. I contacted Mark, we spoke and he advised he had them cut it down to 3.5 ft. N basically saying it would cost more n he would not make a profit. After being told he had over priced me for the job, and advised 4 ft n actually quoted me for four ft. Missing caps, damaged joint brackets were not replaced, reiterated the problem only to on deaf ear. Mark then advised he would be out to place the Caps n brackets this was 3/29 but has not thus far. Still awaiting the rectification of my project, n I was going to hire him for another job. PAID IN FULL

I finally found a company that is responsive and has fantastic workers who know what they’re doing. Mark is the owner and he is overly accommodating he us the nicest guy and will always respond and fell back. His workers Caleb and Ben are great, I am a single mom so I’m super cqref about who I let into my home. I completely trust these guys they are quick, polite, competent and very pleasant. It’s hard to find companies like thus with the quality people they have. Highly recommend

Mark and his crew did a GREAT job. Project involved moving an 8 hot tub (1200 lbs empty) off a 4 high deck, reinforcing the deck under the tub with an additional pier, redecking and reinstalling the hot tub. I had a couple contractors walk away and another just went for broke and wanted to replace the whole thing. Mark (a Marine) took it on as no problem, I've got a good crew) and he wasnt lying. They showed up on time (despite an issue with their truck) and went to work. Built a ramp, slid the tub off and got the work done. He told me a couple days. Honestly, I didnt believe him, but sure enough they were on-schedule until we discovered another issue that was nearly as much of a project as the first. Despite having me in a very vulnerable position, he gave me a fair price for the additional work and rescheduled other jobs to get me done. Even worked a weekend to stay on schedule. It was miserably hot and one day, muddy. Never a complaint from his crew. Just CAN DO attitude.

Mhk general services was great. Was very quick and efficient. Kept in communication with us all the way up to the project was complete. I was very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend. Great customer service and did a great job!

We have gone several years without a working bathtub, The shower worked fine, but we wanted the bathtub experience on occasion. Mark and company were able to do that. We are so appreciative. They were great, excellent is a better word to describe the work, the professionalism. I would definitely recommend!!!

Mark was very helpful with helping me with information when setting up the job. John did a really good job in the installation and provided us a better solution than we had originally planned on.

I had a pipe burst and Mark, the owner came out that night. He did a great job at a great price. Vey honest and professional. I will definitely use them again for other projects and I highly recommend MHK.

I didn't have to make sure they finished the project. Very professional and on time. Good clean up . I would hire again

I hired Mark to install attic stairs. John showed up with one helper who bailed on him an hour in. I would have preferred he asked if he could come back when he had help, but he installed our attic stairs alone. The reason we hired Mark was because we wanted an extra set of hands to help us and could not work put getting a friend over. John did a good job but did not finish the first day. Not surprising since they did not show until 2 pm. The next day returned after noon to trim out the stairs. When he left I saw how horrible it looked! There are gaps around the stairs showing, massive gouges around the stairs, huge chunks of mudding not sanded down, the trim needs replaced that he installed due to the way he screwed it in. If this was because he felt rushed, Mark needs to schedule jobs better for his guys. If this is because John is not a good finisher, then Mark needs to schedule accordingly for that as well. Mark offered to have someone come out to fix it, but at that point I was over being told someone would be at .my house at a specific time and not show for hours and missing work. The work being done was not difficult! Mark still insisted on being paid the full amount for the work, even after being sent pictures of the work. After badgering me with his insistence someone come fix it, he did reduce the price a small amount. I wish this had gone differently since I have two large projects needing done soon, but we will never use Mark again. I wish I could post pictures here for everyone to see in order to be warned.

Mark and his crew did an awesome job in replacing a few decking boards, rails and spindles on out 20 year old deck. They also power washed and stained/sealed the entire deck. Mark is a very good man who takes pride in his work and is a great communicator. MHK will be first on my list to call for my next project.
