"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive."

"Did the best they could with the experience and equipment that they had. The job was above their capabilities. I had to hire another plumbing company to complete the job that had more experience to deal with something that was more than just a clogged drained. I would suggest hiring a professional plumber that has experience in all areas besides just clogged draining. When you get a clogged drain you really don't know until you get in there if it's something more which my case was. You really don't want to pay for the drain cleaner and then have to hire another plumber to finish the job and then have to pay them."

"Had several problems with them residing my house. First of all, the dumpster was supposed to be at my house early in the morning on the day that they started. It did not show up until 6 pm that evening so the old siding was on my grass all day and killed some of it. After they were done, I checked everything and found they messed up my electrical, did not hook the exhaust hose back up when they installed a new vent. The project manager was not any help, so I had to call the owner. Eventually they got an electrician out to fix everything and I hooked the exhaust hose up myself and now everything is good but the fact that they said they were done and left things a mess if what bothered me. It took a couple weeks to fix, and it should have been done in 4 days. Most people probably don't check everything like I did so who knows if they did this to other homeowners."
