"They were very professional and knowledgeable about the product  and installation. I could not be happier with the work they did.
They finished the work while I was gone on vacation. I did add some items to the original bid. There was a reasonable and expected additional cost  for the additions. There was no hassle with the  contractor as there are with some contractors when changes are made. The changes were discussed and agreed upon before the work was done. When a question was asked about the finish on the siding, Mid America Exteriors (installer) and River Valley Lumber (supplier), along with the Wausau Representative, resolved the question in an excellent manner.

"I had a new shower installed in Feb 2019. Jamie, the salesperson was very thorough and detailed when providing the estimate. The installer explained what he was going to do and ensured he would keep everything neat during the project. He covered the carpet so not to track dirt into the house. He cleaned up nicely when he was done. I truly enjoyed the walking shower. It was better than imagined. It even added value to my house when I recently sold it! It was also very easy to clean. "BC Construction and Remodeling, LLC, has good work ethics and are very professional. My kitchen cabinets were modified to fit a larger refrigerator in the space. The cabinets that were sized down, look like they were originally built that way. Modifications were also done on the cabinets above the stove to fit a microwave in the space. In summary, the project was done in a timely manner. The work was excellent. I would highly recommend this company. I am so glad I chose this company for this project. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
