So the power washing revealed issues of rot and other things not found in the first estimate. He worked with me to find a solution. For instance I had rot along the bottom. This would cost a lot to remove trim and replace all the panel siding. He came up with the solution of a skirt that covered the problem and actually looks good. He and is crew were quick about it and got the job done in 3 days. I liked him so much I have hired him to fix and repair and outside shed."
