I had water damage in my basement and the company replaced the damaged portion of my floor. The second job was to repaint the entire interior of my home, both downstairs and the main level. And just last week, Average Joe wrapped up the third project...redoing my fireplace, painting my kitchen cabinets and island, and tiling the kitchen floor. Alex took the time to plan out every detail with me in advance, as the project would advance I would change my mind on minor details and consult his opinion. "Mark and Josh, with help from Nick, restored my old 1917 garage. Most contractors I talked with seemed to have no idea what to do, but Mark figured it out. He was responsive and professions. It was a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend Moonlight Renovations, and I will be hiring them again. One of their characteristics that I valued the most was the responsiveness. Whenever I left a message, they got back to me right away. I always knew what was going on and what the schedule was. They went far beyond my expectations. They did little things, like cleaning out their equipment so I could use the garage on the weekends. I didn't expect that and didn't ask for it, but they did it without my saying anything. "Working with Omni was great. From the bid to the final inspection, everyone coming into my home was kind, personable, respectful, and most importantly good at their jobs. John gave me a full written scope and helped me to see the possibilities in our 1954 basement with asbestos tile. In 5 weeks they transformed it into the basement of my dreams. I didn’t know it could look this good. The foreman walked us through each part of the transformation as it happened, so I know how everything works and that it was done right. "My yard has never looked better, a friend recommended Imagine Restorations to me a few weeks ago, I called them and I find out that they are owned by a Dad and 2 sons, River and Ryan, who is can't brag on enough, super professional, on time and superb workmanship, they went over and beyond for us, we ended up going for a cedar picket shadow box fence, they even out bid a close friend of mine, they did all this in 2 days practically, the wood was delivered a day in a half late so they had to improvise, if you need a fence or need a fence repaired, call Ryan or River over at Imagine Restorations. My first interaction was with the young lady who answered the phone & she was extremely pleasant. We set  up an appointment for the Designer to come out & he was prompt & courteous. He gave us a lot of information about products, the company & time frames for our projects. He also explained that he was going to draw the kitchen & why. We set a second appointment for him to come back. When he returned, he had everything ready for us & to save a substantial amount of money, we started the project. This was the best decision we have made in a long time...especially on this big of a purchase, as we have been saving for a long time for this. (We had obviously done our research on Jericho & trusted their abilities)
The project began as expected...and although there were a couple of short delays(to be expected with a remodel) we watched our kitchen & baths be transformed in to amazing rooms!
We absolutely love the finished product & Mike (our project manager) did a fantastic job coordinating all of the installers with each project & keeping us informed. The quality of products are exceptional...just as we expected. We truly are happy with this project & process. We have done other remodels in the past with other companies (and the projects were much smaller) and they were not good experiences.
