"The job itself seemed to go very well but there was a problem that I found out after they finished the job and there were damaged gutters. If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter. Update 04/21/2025: The contractor responded to my issues and did a fantastic job. Thank you for responding quickly and so well."

"They were very efficient. All windows in our rental house were removed and replaced with new windows in one day. All old siding was removed and replaced with vinyl siding on the second day. In two days the entire job was complete. Amazing when it was very cold outside in December. The salesman was awesome. Any time we had a question or problem, we could call him and he always took care of it. They were also very responsive and followed up with any issues. A couple of the windows had moisture issues in the winter months and they came back and checked the seals and fixed them. We have not had any problems since. We would highly recommend them.

They removed the old siding, fixed the framing properly, and put up new siding that blends in perfectly with the original. You’d never know anything was replaced. Super impressed with the work. "The salesman, Kevin Anderson, was very helpful in developing a new front facade. He was very intent on determining our desires rather than just selling us a product. The window crew, Butch and Brian, did a great job, particularly with installing the new inside trim. The siding crew also did a great job. Travis, the siding project manager, visited frequently during the work. He even ensured that there was plywood placed under the dumpster when it was set on the driveway to prevent scraping. This is the second time we have used Bordner for a big project and are pleased with the results."

"When I found out my chimney siding was Masonite (who the heck knows why someone would use that on the exterior )! I changed the scope to replace the siding on the entire chimney above the roof. Easton declined to do that work. However they were very responsive to my initial request and their price was reasonable. I decided to patch the hole myself and postpone bids to replace the siding on the entire chimney when I save up the money required."
