He could have easily just lightly stained everything and I wouldnâ t have known the difference but Steven made sure to really put the stain on thick so that it would not only look nice but last much longer than had I tried it myself. "We had water coming in around a second story window.  We had two window companies come out and they tried to sell us new windows. 
Unlike the window companies, JD got up on a ladder to check it out.  He found out it was actually the wood around the window, not the window itself.  He did work to seal it up and stopped the leak.
JD's customer service was great, he worked late one night and made an extra trip to our house so he could get the leaks sealed in advance of a coming thunderstorm.  He took before and after pictures of the work area and sent them to us so we could see what he had done. JD also answered emails/phone calls promptly and showed up when he said he'd be there.
In addition to the work to fix the leak, we had condensation in a window and asked for bids to fix it.  The two window companies quoted us thousands of dollars to cut out the window and put in replacement window.JD gave us a much more reasonable quote to just replace some of the glass and not the whole window."
