They did a good job, I don't have anything bad to say. They are a local company and have been in business for a very long time. They did a nice professional installation of carpeting in my house. They were about $200 to $300 more than a couple of the other people that bid on it.

Bob Brigden came out to my house to show me samples and see the work that needed to be done. I picked out a beautiful carpet, with advice from Bob on thickness of the carpet and we're expectations. The installers arrived on time and quickly went to work. It didn't take them long at all to tear up the carpet, put down a thick pad, and then install the carpet. They gave me my choice of what to use for a threshold how to doorway. The carpet looks great and I am just thrilled with the quality of the installation and the carpet. Rigdon's also installed the carpet in my bathroom a few years back. That was also an excellent job. So when I need to replace carpet again, I know exactly who I'm going to call.

I had the pleasure of working with Sandy who was very knowledgeable, professional, & courteous.  She patiently spent quite a bit of time helping me find just the right vinyl flooring at a reasonable price, then set an appointment for the installer to measure.  I called twice with questions; Sandy returned my calls promptly. The installers also were professional, courteous & punctual.  The installation went perfectly & my flooring is beautiful. I definitely highly recommend Rigdon Floor Coverings (and Sandy).

My wife and I went to the showroom on the weekend, found a style of carpet we liked and asked for a measurement, which Bob was able to do on Monday. At the conclusion of the in-home measurement Bob gave us an estimate, which we immediately accepted, and he started the process of reserving our carpet selection and starting the shipment from the warehouse. Bob also assigned 2 of his installers with the skills necessary to deal with our stairs that had rolled edges, which is more of an upholstery skill. The install date was approx. 10 days after the measure date and was going to take 2 days.

My wife and I did all of the demolition/prep work since we wanted to fix some lingering squeaks. (Rigdon would have done this work if desired). The formal estimate included a check list of items that needed to be done for the installation to go smoothly, most we had anticipated, but there were a couple of that we had not thought about.

On Wednesday morning the installers arrived (early!), surveyed the areas where the work was to be done and immediately set to work. Wednesday evening we moved some bulky furniture to the re-carpeted bedroom and we were ready for Thursday. At the end of each day the installers cleaned up and vacuumed, so when they left we had that new house feel.

The installers were very courteous and exercised a lot of care so at the conclusion of the installation we had minimal touchup to do. The job was done on time and as promised. We're very pleased.

Bob Rigdon came out to do the estimate.  After purchasing our home, we wanted the carpet in the living room, dining room, entry way, office and master bedroom removed and replaced with wood floors to match existing floors in the kitchen and hearth room. Bob was very nice, easy to work with, answered all my questions and was responsive in turning around the estimate.  The scheduling of the installation was a little challenging due to some (unexpected) personnel changes and part of the work was subcontracted (Vogel Hardwood Floor Company) but the work done was excellent.  The crews did an okay job of cleaning up, although the second crew (subcontractors) actually had to do some clean-up that the first crew didn't do.  The workmen were courteous, respectful and cheerful (!).  When the work was completed and I was unsatisfied with the finish (matte vs gloss) not matching the existing floors, the subcontractor came back out looked at it and redid part of the work (my choice for redoing only part) so that the gloss finish matched the existing floors (at least where it was most noticeable, i.e., where the floors came together, not where it wouldn't be noticed and I had already installed large, heavy furniture).  
There was an unfortunate mixup, unfortunately mostly on my part, with the white trim pieces edging the floors where I thought I had the correct touch-up paint left by the prior homeowners but actually didn't.  There was a delay when they had to match the paint and get the new edge trim painted, but Rigdon took it in stride (without extra charge).  Initially the lead installer noticed that a wooden floor vent was missed off the inventory sheet when they dropped off the wood for acclimatizing but they also took care of that with no charge. 
In general I thought they were a little pricey  but since they took care of the missing floor vent and painting without extra charges, and their work quality was excellent, I was very happy.  I recommend them and if I ever redo additional flooring, I would use them again.

We went to the provider's location on Dec 13, 2014.  We were helped in deciding which carpet we wanted to put down in our basement.  The owner came out the following Monday and measured and made an additional suggestion which saved us some money on the purchase of the carpet.  They said it would be about 3 weeks before the carpet would be in, but we got a call on December 29th saying they had the carpet and could put it down the next day.  Two men came out the next day and laid the carpet and it was beautiful. 
We felt like we got a good deal on the carpet and their service was exceptional.

This was a great experience.  In preparation for putting a home on the market we needed to quickly replace an old vinyl floor in an irregular 12' x 13' kitchen.  Bob Rigdon arrived at the home on schedule to measure and prepare a quote for the work.  Bob made several helpful suggestions about flooring types, installation methods, edge trim, etc.  Then Rachel Keen helped select the style and color of vinyl in their showroom.  Finally Ryan Rigdon scheduled the installation for us, then called back to say it could be done a day sooner!  The whole process took only one week, with no hassles and no mess.  Price was exactly as quoted.  Very professional service throughout.  This is a first-class outfit.

The flooring was delivered a week before the installation was started to acclimate the wood to the humidity level in the house.  The work required 4.5 days and was done professionally with no problems.

Outstanding service job.  Bob Rigdon and his employees are straightforward, don't try to oversell/upgrade, and deliver exactly what they promise on time and at the quoted price.

The job was completed exactly as promised. The extensive experience in flooring that Bob and his crews have showed in all stages of this project.

they were great. there was 2 guys that came at 7am to start demo and worked to 11:30 till lunch and then came back and worked on putting the new floror in.
