"Bill Schwenzer arrived 5 minutes early.  I appreciated his punctuality.  He replaced the doorbell button first.  When he disconnected the 3 bathroom light fixtures, he discovered that the original home builder didn't put electrical boxes behind the fixtures.  It required 2 trips to the hardware store to get the correct electrical boxes.  Because of this unexpected problem he encountered, the repairs took longer than projected.  Bill was methodical and precise in his work and did an excellent job.  He put down tarps to protect my carpet and bathroom surfaces and cleaned up thoroughly before he left.  He patched the drywall as needed and did a wonderful job on that.  Bill was very pleasant and personable and I enjoyed talking with him.  He offered to charge me for only one half of the extra extended time the repairs took which was very fair.
