"Overall the job went very well.  We had seen the work David had done at our neighbor's home.  His understanding of the fiver cement products was very good.  The crew seemed very efficient and addressed any concerns that came up along the way.  Due to cold weather, we had to get through the winter to get the paint completed.  My only regret is not having the soffit replaced at that time.  David didn't think it was in bad shape, so I let it go.  It's still ok, but I would have liked to do it at that time rather than deal with it down the road.  We also had our old gutters replaced by David with the larger 6" type.  The paint was put on mostly be an airless spraying system, 2 coats were applied.  
The quality of workmanship was good and the paint seems to be holding up well.  We are happy with the end result.  I would call David again if the need arose.

(he stained my deck last year)  This time, he removed wallpaper and painted my dining room. This was not an easy task, but the end result is amazing. He also painted my entire interior, fixed all the holes in the walls, and even painted the crown molding.
