At first, I hired Rick to do some repair work on the small platform deck at my rental property; he did such a great job that I hired him to repair the platform deck on my primary home as well. I could not be more pleased with the final product at both properties. At our primary home, I initially wanted an extension on our current deck. Rick quoted me a fair price and got to work. Upon pulling up a couple of boards, he noted that our baseboards were severely rotting and decaying quickly (Deck is maybe 12-15 years old) and so he quickly quoted what it would be to tear down and replace , he was able to make it work with his schedule and completed the project in 2 days. The plan was for job to be done in one day but they had to suspend work in order for me to order missing parts of the doors assembly. "Jeff called me quickly to chat about the issues we were experiencing at our home when i posted my request. I explained there was water leaking through the ceiling and we were not sure exactly where it was coming from. He explained the process and offered a free estimate. Jeff came out around my work schedule and brought another employee with him and got started on finding the leak which only took them about 30 minutes. They had to cut into the wall and ceiling and the finished product looks great and does not leak anymore. The ceiling is textured and they did a great job of matching it. Very professional and reliable! I will be calling him back to repair some nail pops and finishing a banister in my stairway. I recommend him and his team!"
