"Timing was 5 months out from date of hire but he started on the day he promised. Remove vanity, old jetted tub, old shower shell, tile flooring and wall that separated shower/toilet space. The demo was very neat and clean! Move toilet and install new tile shower, flooring and vanity. All the plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall, millwork, and tiling work was very careful, expert and of high quality. I recommend Keith and would definitely hire him again."

"Installers Jason S. (Lead) and Tyler H. were very professional and upfront about the complications of my particular bathtub remodel, and though we had to go to a second day I felt they did a very good job. They listened to my concerns upon finishing and corrected any issues or advised me on my own correction since the issue was transitional and outside of their specific job parameters (something that might be helpful to know in the future, before the final caulk is done, specifically the need to clean my floor tiles before installation as they made a poor transition from the perfectly remodeled tub and shower and were harder to clean after final caulking). As far as all the other custom requirements they asked me, listened and implemented to my satisfaction. I am happy that they listened and adapted their job to my parameters to help address a long tern wall-splashing issue upon tub exit. The whole experience was surprisingly painless and I would definitely use West Shore again for future projects. My only other minor criticism is that the original Salesperson should more clearly state that the shower cannot be used for 24 hours after installation, as the installers did very clearly, but that had not been clear to me before they installed (perhaps glossed over too quickly by my Salesperson)."

"We hired Villa Silva to install tile for our new shower. I had originally planned to do it myself, but decided to let someone more experienced handle it. Best decision I have made recently. Fransisco definately knows tile and we are very happy with the installation. They also took care to protect our floors and carpet and kept the work area clean. "We had hired Andy to change the layout of our first-floor living room/dining room/ kitchen which was all divided up by a T shaped wall and increasing space in our master closet. Andy and his team worked diligently in taking down the wall separating the space to give it an open concept, they put new support beams, replaced the floors, new cabinets, countertop, light fixtures, sliding door leading to the outside, tile backsplash with focus tile work behind the stove, and custom carpentry around the island to give it a farmhouse feel, our master closet got custom work done as well increasing the space. I greatly appreciated the communication, and their professionalism and enabling me to work from home while the work was being conducted. The project started and finished on time and if I had any concerns they were validated and addressed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend yesteryear. Andy and his team without any reservation and would be hiring them in Spring for our bathroom project."

He was proficient, clean, quick, courteous and very hard working. He did an excellent job and our shower looks beautiful. "Everything was amazing!  Mike and Judy were very detail oriented and offered suggestions about layout.  Judy was able to foresee possible problems with some of my ideas and was able to explain how we could accommodate my wishes in a more user-friendly way.  She also offered ideas of features that she and her other clients had put in their kitchens or wished they had put in their kitchens.  For example, she suggested that I have a cabinet dedicated to containing my wastebasket.  She also warned me of features that she knew from experience had not worked out well.  I had the option of having knife holders installed in a drawer.  She knew that people who installed those were not happy with them.  Mike made lots of suggestions about the locations of the lights and of the outlets and switches.  These were things that I would never have thought about.  
She took me to Indianapolis to pick out the granite for my countertop.  She was able to talk the granite supplier into a lower price. Next we went to a tile store to choose my backsplash.  With her help, I was able to choose a backsplash that is PERFECT. After a long day of decision making, Judy took me out to lunch, her treat.
The work was completed in a timely fashion.  Both Mike and Judy made sure that I was happy with everything in the completed project before asking for my final payment.  They even had an amazing gift for me.  They had the granite fabricator make a Lazy Susan out of the granite that was my countertop.  It is gorgeous and useful.  What a wonderful surprise that was.
Judy called me a month or two after the job was finished to make sure that everything was still to my satisfaction and encouraged me to call her if I ever had a problem with any of their work.
When Mike finished the job, he cleaned up all of his work area in my garage so that it looked as though he had never been there.
Who could ask for more??  I am delighted with my new kitchen.
I plan to hire them again to remodel a bathroom.
