These gentlemen are professional; kind, efficient, courteous, positive, knowledgeable,.......and so many other skills and great attributes- I can't mention all of them! Impressed with them overall, even tho the job became more difficult they did not increase the quote.

First of all the guy that I talked to the day before. Said it would take about four hours to do the job. It took about nine hours to complete. When he opened the side door of his van all kinds of things fell out. His truck looked very unorganized. He took the old tankless water heater out he sat it in the middle of the floor. He continued to step over the top of old water heater all day. Without moving it off to the side out of the way. When he installed the new PVC flew glue all over the flew pipe and all over the outside of the new unit. Before he cleaned up I called the owner of the company and he came out to see what I was talking about. He looked at the installation of the unit did not seem to think it was that badð ¤ Come to find out that the installer was his nephew and that he told him that he needed to be more organized and professional. That someday a customer would complain about his lack of Quality. I am sure that this complaint will not be the last about his Quality.

The crew from Pristine was prompt, professional, and highly trained in their job. They had the right equipment for each part of the job and there were no delays. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of my property.

Less than 2 hours between when I made the request on Angi until the service was complete! Super fast and very friendly on the phone and in person.

They want you to hurry and commit to their estimate and then act like an estimate is their final price no matter what. They charge too much and would not budge on their flat rate tasks even if it takes only 10 minutes. The quality of actual work was fine but I would not hire them again because of how the business was being run.

Received an estimate for $132.00 and then received an invoice for $272.00. Rip Off Artist!!!!

Pristine was available same day and super friendly. Derryck our tech was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us clearly. He gave us options and didn't pressure us on our choices. He was friendly and efficient and provided quality work. We signed up for the maintenance program which saved us money same day and in the future. With an old house that has old plumbing, it's nice to find a quality company that we can rely on.

Derrick was able to fix the leak on the cold water line leading to my waterheater within 20 minutes. Derrick was informative, professional, and efficient in getting the job completed. However, the initial price ($342) was very high he was able to get Pristine Plumbing to come down a bit. I still feel that for less than $15 in materials and less than 20 minutes of actual work that $250 was too high.

THE TWO MEN WHO PUT THE WATER HEATER IN WERE VERY GOOD AND DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP. THEY WERE FAST AND DID NOT TAKE THEIR TIME THEY WERE ALWAYS DOING SOMETHING, NOT STANDING AROUND.

Within few hours Pristine found drain to street clogged by roots. the sales rep as well as the crew were all very professional and on time. Fairly priced and were highly recommended to me. Left area as neat as possible.
