I needed an issue with a well looked at quick. They got to to it within a couple hours and were able to help me! Very happy with their quality service and quick response time.

The owner Joe worked with a helper to do the work the day after I called. Very knowledgeable - educated me on well systems - with the job being quickly and neatly completed. Joe is very knowledgeable and easy to work with took his time with me as I wanted to learn a little bit about it, highly recommended will tell all of my friends that ever need pump issues low pressure etc. thoroughly pleased just a great guy . My wife came out and was watching what was going on and she said that he seem to be a very nice guy also

My well pump gave up the ghost, and we were completely without water. The guys came out within 30 minutes of our phone call. They made sure to trouble shoot every angle before recognizing the well pump had to be replaced. They made quick work of it (a couple hours) and explained what they were doing every step of the way. They even found my plumber had missed a step when installing my reservoir. The well repair was obviously not cheap, but I was extremely happy with the service, and our water pressure is out of this world! Highly recommend.

FAST response. Explained everything and worked till after dark to get water back on. Do not shy away from these guys because of size of business or length of time in business. First class.

We had a difficult to solve issue of low water pressure. He spent 3 days trouble shooting the problem. He even installed a temporary well pump to get us water while we waited for the right pump to arrive. Was very professional and charged an extremely reasonable fee for all of his work. Highly recommend!

I submitted a request for a quote at 9pm and received a phone call from them in less than 10 minutes. They offered to come out that night even though they'd be traveling an hour to get to our home. We opted for the next day. They arrived on time and completed the work in one day. We were very pleased!

GOOD JOB

Our water stopped Friday night (right in time for the weekend...yay) and after having Service Plus come out to give us a quote of nearly $8000 we looked for another company and found this one. Thank goodness we did as they were amazing and an eighth of the price we had been quoted by the other company. Joe worked so hard to get our well working again over a couple of days and evenings and went above and beyond. We cannot recommend Indiana Water Well Services enough and will be recommending them to everyone we know for well repairs. FIVE STARS!

We had our well pump go out over the weekend and these guys were beyond awesome. Worked until dark on Sat and came back early Sun to finish the job. Very reasonable.

They arrived on time as promised and stay until the job was done and my well was working. I never felt as if they were trying to sell me a new pump. They began troubleshooting from the power source and followed it all thy way out. I ultimately needed a new pump but we didn t go there until all else was ruled out or fixed. Nice change. And price was good. The old pump was 44 years oldBTW.

Just the best! Was there in 15 minutes to help with my emergency sump pump draining issue. Quick thinking helped avoid disaster at worst possible time - after hours, on a weekend, during a monsoon!
