".Excellent!  They were able to bring in the right people (involved S&R Mechanical) to find and fix a plumbing issue that had plagued me for the last 2-3 years -- occasional water backup that flooding in 3 rooms ruining flooring.  It would only happen @ appr 2-3 am and was sporadic.  Seened to occur during "water softener re-generation+" & felt was related somehow.  It was, but other issues were occurring as well.  The  piping underneath home (on slab) was main issue.  This was serious!  It could have meant raising the slab foundation of home!  But went other routes that have worked.  They also showed me what was going on so could see for myself (camera through piping showed everything).  This company is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and trust them.  So often it is difficult to find the right  people for plumbing issues, but I highly recomment this company.

Everything went great.  He showed up on time and was very professional.  We provided the hardware and he did the rest.  He removed and disposed off the old sink and faucet, installed a drop in sink, replaced the hardware and even put in new flexible tubing.

"It took a while for Mr. Rischel to come out- he did check to be sure that we did not have an emergency, though. He told us if we had another flood to call immediately. Luckily, it was really dry, so we could wait and we were fine with it. He did a very thorough job checking for the sewer pipes and he talked to me before he did work. He put in an outdoor cleanout valve and, as a bonus, removed a shrub that I really didn't care much for (for free). He walked me through where the pipes were in my neighborhood and why my home had flooded. He also told me what could be done to prevent the flooding. He made sure I understood what would happen and the limitations of the check valve (it is a mechanical device that could fail, but is unlikely to do so). He and his crew were very professional- they were polite and on time.
It has been a few months since the installation and we have had some super heavy rains without our sewer pipes flooding. The check valve was worth every penny- cleaning up sewage is awful and that is why I gave him an A on the price.

"We met Chris and Caleb with an inch of water on the floor and a lot of frustration. They first got the 1yr old sump running again to drain the water down. Then the diagnosed the issue with the failed pump and replaced it quickly for approx $500. We discussed the backup system at the time but I honestly couldn't impulse that much and I wanted to review options. Waited 5 weeks and reviewed other options only to came back to the professional solution offered. Also realized the quote (under $2K) was actually very reasonable for the dual battery complete backup we had installed .. more of an investment than a bandage."

"It went very well! He explained what he was doing, and answered my questions. He was very pleasant (as is the staff at the office!) Even though the unit is very old he never pushed to have it replaced. He went step by step to figure out the problem. We did sign up for the cleaning program since he suggested it really needed a thorough cleaning.(You pay ahead for the air/heat cleaning plus 15% off parts if needed) We felt that was a good way to go!  It usually takes 2-3 hours so he could not do it today, but a technician  will be coming soon!  We will also look into  the air duct cleaning he suggested. Pretty sure flour, and some toys might be clogging up the works a bit!

"They are the ones that got the business. They did two toilets, a sump pump something that required in the family shower that required something special. I do not remember it all. They were nice guys. Their work was good. They did what they said they would do. The price was comparable with one of the other ones. I just do not have anything negative to say about them."

"We used NuLook Home Service to repair a section of textured drywall in a garage ceiling, damaged du to a water leak, and to repair two failed areas in the subfloor of a bathroom. We had a very positive experience. Within minutes after submitting a request for an estimate, David (the owner) called me to discuss options. I should note that, not only was David really quick to respond, none of the other companies to whom I requested estimates bothered to contact me at all. David was able to look at pictures that I sent of the ceiling and bathroom floor and provided an initial estimate. It looked like the project would take two days to complete. We confirmed an appointment to complete the work for the next day following my initial quote request. I really did not expect service that quickly. The NuLook crew (Joe and Jay) arrived in the morning. They were both great to work with and patient with my questions. Joe and Jay completed the work very efficiently and with great quality!
