"Recently, we updated our downstairs half-bath and had planned to have the sink and vanity replaced. After I removed the old sink-vanity, the shut-off valves failed so I called Isley to do the repairs. The plumber, Rik, fixed the valves and also gave me an estimate on installing the new sink-vanity. The work was scheduled for the following week. As before, Rik showed up on time and performed the job exactly the way we wanted. A few days later, we were having new flooring installed which required our clothes washer to be moved. When the installers reconnected the washer, the cut-off valve failed. Again, I called Isley and Rik again performed the repairs. A few days later, the kitchen sink drain became stopped-up. I called Isley and this time Jordan was there promptly, within hours, to clear the drain."

"They were very professional and did a great job. They even had a hand held vacuum with them for clean up. There really isn't much in the way of contracting they can't do. We have a bid from them for deck repair and installing a new fence. I highly recommend them and will use their services again."

I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

"It took a while for Mr. Rischel to come out- he did check to be sure that we did not have an emergency, though. He told us if we had another flood to call immediately. Luckily, it was really dry, so we could wait and we were fine with it. He did a very thorough job checking for the sewer pipes and he talked to me before he did work. He put in an outdoor cleanout valve and, as a bonus, removed a shrub that I really didn't care much for (for free). He walked me through where the pipes were in my neighborhood and why my home had flooded. He also told me what could be done to prevent the flooding. He made sure I understood what would happen and the limitations of the check valve (it is a mechanical device that could fail, but is unlikely to do so). He and his crew were very professional- they were polite and on time.
It has been a few months since the installation and we have had some super heavy rains without our sewer pipes flooding. The check valve was worth every penny- cleaning up sewage is awful and that is why I gave him an A on the price.

"We met Chris and Caleb with an inch of water on the floor and a lot of frustration. They first got the 1yr old sump running again to drain the water down. Then the diagnosed the issue with the failed pump and replaced it quickly for approx $500. We discussed the backup system at the time but I honestly couldn't impulse that much and I wanted to review options. Also realized the quote (under $2K) was actually very reasonable for the dual battery complete backup we had installed .. more of an investment than a bandage."

"They came out to install a brand new Honeywell generator. It was one a newer model. It required a new breaker box. They were not sure of how to install it property, so they took it upon themselves to hire an electrician to take care of the job. They paid them themselves. We are sure that they lost money on the job. They were courteous and apologetic. They worked so hard to make it work for us. They were very flexible when we decided that we needed for the unit to be in a different place than they planned to place it. They were super nice people to deal with. They were bound and determined to make it right."
