"The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

"Mr. Rishel came at the appointed time and discussed the installation with the plumber as to where the inlet should go. Both were very professional. I was given the price which was much less than another estimate. The job was well done and completed satisfactorily. I would recommend him."

"I initially contacted Cindy on 11/12/2012. I had to leave a message and she called me back in a day or 2. I explained what I wanted and she asked if I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. I advised no, but I would like it done by Christmas. She said Chris would need to stop by and see exactly what I wanted and she would check with him and then let us know when he could come by. Christmas came and went and we did not hear back from them. We went on vacation in January and when we returned we called them again the first of February. Chris and his helper did stop by in the next few days and we determined what type of sink and faucet I wanted. Chris said it should be in stock and he would have Cindy call me about setting up a time for the next week. I didn't hear from them that week and when I called the next week Cindy said they had to order the sink and it would be in in 3 weeks which would be 3/11/13. It finally came in later than estimated and Conrad came to install on 3/23/2013. He pulled my old sink and faucets and was putting plumbing together on new sink when he discovered the sink was defective. They said they would have to reorder and would contact me when they received it. Long story long, the new sink was finally delivered and installed on 4/10/2013. We do realize that the defective sink was not their fault but the whole experience was very frustating. In the end, we were pleased with the product and the installation. Conrad did a very nice job installing and cleaning up.
Overall, customer service and communication were not the best.

"NuLook has been Fantastic in my experience. I had a situation that needed attention. There was a leak in the bathroom and it was getting bigger. I tried couple of contractors and due to different reasons or no communication I could not get any contractor to even look or give me a quote. I then reached out to NuLook after reading their reviews on Angi. They were prompt in returning my calls and an onsite visit was scheduled. Patrick Dawson was onsite and on time! He walked through the property and spent quite some time walking me through the issues and things that needed to be taken care of. I received the quote 3 days after we met and Patrick did advise me that I would receive at that time, since he had other customer orders to work on. I appreciated his and NuLook process of ensuring they follow through. Once I received the quote from David Schwartz, the owner, we finalized a start date. I really liked how they worked. I was given a quote, charges were billed on Fridays and collected on Mondays, updates for the week were provided on those Friday calls. I was kept up to date with progress and also provided with before and after pictures. In the end, the work got done. Everything we discussed was implemented. There were no surprises, which is the best thing we need when undergoing repairs. Overall I am very satisfied with the services provided by Patrick, David and NuLook services team. He was helpful in explaining what he thought the problem was and then gave options for how he could take care of it. He fixed the issue and stayed to make sure everything was draining well. Cost was very reasonable. Zach was friendly and professional- we would definitely hire him again."

"I reached out them about a year ago to look at my basement. I needed help with an old existing waterproof system a different company had installed and also to have someone look at the foundation. Marty informed us that our old waterproof system was an open system and that we might have radon coming through it. Sure enough he was correct! We hired a radon specialist and he was able to install a mitigation system. Marty also inspected our walls and advised that our foundation is fine and we did not need anything done at this time. Other companies tried to sell us $10k+ worth of work. I appreciate his honesty and not just trying to sell us something that we didn't need."

"The plumber said my backed up pipes were from the septic system needing to be cleaned. Called Max Haas Company and they were able to get someone out the same day. They dug down to the tank top and cleaned the tank. Unfortunately, that didn't solve my plumbing problem but their service was excellent. Would definitely use them again.

Loved the options and the professional support and recommendations. The two pieces are quite different (needed for different uses) and both are lovely, fit perfectly with EVERY detail taken into consideration. Even the cut outs inside the cabinets that give access to electrical outlets fit perfectly."
