"The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

"The master plumber and owner of the company, Chris, was the one who came out. His job was to reset the toilets and hook up the water line and draining system once the sink was installed. The previous company I had out, Bedell plumbing, had repaired a copper pipe incorrectly and used a shortcut to make a quick fix. Instead of sautering it, he installed a cufflink, like a bandage. I didn't realize this at the time. Chris showed up 8:30-9 pm, on his own time, to my house and told me that the other company had messed up and it was eating him up. He came in and brought his own material, reaplced the copper pipe, sautered the pipe, giving me a permanent fix. He is extremely honest. He didn't even ask for money for the project. He said that it was the right thing to do. I was really moved by his kindness and how he looked out for my mother. It wasn't even part of the insurance claim and he donated his time and materials for this fix. I was also looking for a way to remove the copper piping corrosion, and he gifted me a box of Sand Cloth, which took care of it. He used only premium products. I can really trust this company. His wife, Cindy, told me that they don't own the company, God owns the company. We would never have known about this company with the contractor. I'm so thankful that we had him. The contractor is the one who knows all the good companies. The company works late, as well, which is convenient for homeowners, so that they don't have to make a trip home for the plumber.

"Excellent! The workers were very professional and did a great job of installing the Quartz as well as the Granite. JFG also had a professional plumber from Hamm come to the house to install all the plumbing (this was included in the price quote). While he was there we also had him do another unrelated plumbing job for us and that also went very well (we paid Hamm directly for the extra unrelated work)."

"The job went very well. All of the employees were pleasant and helpful and took the time to explain what was happening and what my options were. They initially came to unclog a blockage ($99 charge) and attempted to unclog it for 2+ hours before they realized it might be a bigger issue. Because they did not solve the issue they did not charge me for that initial visit and came back with a camera to diagnose the issue, which was a collapsed sewer line. I was impressed and happy at the level of comittment to solving the problem they demonstrated to solving the problem. "Patrick and his son arrived at noon and worked through until around 8:30pm. Tub was very worn on the bottom and required additional work, which increased our cost a little. Did a great job of taping things off and cleaning up. They came back the next day to caulk and finish up the drain. They were only there about 30 minutes on the 2nd day. The tub looks great. It looks brand new. They did a great job with the drain and caulk as well. Nice guys. Easy to work with and trusting. I would definitely use them again!"
