We found Hoff Heating & A/C thru Angie's List, and called them at 8am in the morning. By 10:30, Mike Hoff was at our door & diagnosed the problem. The capacitor had gone bad. He replaced it, cleaned & checked the system, and had everything working in good order when he left. I was very nervous about calling some of the more well known heating & air companies, because of service nightmares I've recently heard from friends. I was also concerned that someone might come out & pressure me to buy an entirely new system, due to the age of our home. None of that happened with this company. My experience with Hoff Heating & A/C was perfect, I highly recommend them."

Even though I didn't call them to work on the Softener Jarrod quickly determined a fix for the softener flooding our basement and said a simple Air Gap drain would help prevent it from backing up. He quickly put together a quote that was reasonably priced and within a few hours fixed an issue that had been plaguing us for months.
