"Mike installed both of our geothermal furnaces in 2004 when we bought our home and discovered that neither were working properly- problems missed on inspection. He gave us the best pricing on the installation of the 3 companies that bid and has been fair on pricing since that time.  He has helped with whatever minor issues have occurred.
