"Roy arrived 30 minutes late but had called to inform me he was running late. He quickly identified our needs for new HVAC system and gave me a quote. He offered to complete the work quickly but could not do until the next week. He was very detailed. His quote was slightly higher than his competitors. We went with another company, but I felt Roy was genuine."

"It went very well, they showed up on time and were very nice and took time to answer all my questions and took the time to help me set up the thermostat so I could change the temperature from my phone. They got the install done quicker than expected and hauled away my old units and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to my family and friends"

"Northsiders -- this is a WONDERFUL company to call for heating & air. Locally owned & operated -- very professional, responsive & a high quality of work. We own a Davis home that was built in 1997 and had never had a problem with the heating/air conditioning until the last week of September 2010. We found Hoff Heating & A/C thru Angie's List, and called them at 8am in the morning. By 10:30, Mike Hoff was at our door & diagnosed the problem. The capacitor had gone bad. He replaced it, cleaned & checked the system, and had everything working in good order when he left. I was very nervous about calling some of the more well known heating & air companies, because of service nightmares I've recently heard from friends. I was also concerned that someone might come out & pressure me to buy an entirely new system, due to the age of our home. None of that happened with this company. My experience with Hoff Heating & A/C was perfect, I highly recommend them."
