They installed a new HVAC (furnace downstairs and a/c outside) and a hot water heater in a 135 year old house which is a challenge, but faced it no problem. When they offered suggestions to make the system run better by adding additional cold air returns, they really worked with me to make sure that I was happy with placement and the finished product.....I mean who wants extra unattractive vents in the floor?? but they really made it look great!
