Brian and Brandon were very professional and knowledgeable. Brian came out for the initial inspection of the unit and said it was completely out of Freon. The price he quoted me was hundreds of dollars cheaper than another company that I also asked for the same issue. He did not try to push or rush me into things and encouraged me to take my time. I scheduled a leak find, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the tech could not come out that day. Brian kept me up to date and let me know when Brandon would be able to come out. When he did, he was here a couple of hours and found a very small leak. He quoted me a price to replace the part, but said it should last all summer before running out, again giving me time to think about it. I feel like most companies would push you to buy their product now or sign up for more than you need, but GranDude's wants what is best for you. I will probably save up and call them back to have the piece replaced because we have been very happy with the service rendered so far.
