"The response time was excellent - called yesterday and Craig arrived about 9:30 today. Job took about 2 hours; he had to wait for the water to stop dripping before he was able to start. Work was done very well, and site was cleaned up when he finished. Craig used his own buckets and towels to protect my new tile flooring. I was, however, taken aback by the bill - $350 for a couple hours! Was going to use them to install the new toilet and sink as well, but their rates seemed incredibly high. Note to self: next time I use any service, make certain I get a price before the work is started. I think I was overcharged, and I'm not happy about it. I would have rated them higher on professionalism if they had given me any idea of how expensive this was going to be, instead of just handing me a huge bill.

"I called two other companies first. The first one didn't return my phone call and the second said they were scheduling 2-3 weeks out. Well, that won't do when the toilet doesn't work! I called Youngs Plumbing and they said they would be there in 30-45 minutes. Half an hour later the plumber was here! 
The gentleman was very professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost, also what he would need to do if the first plan didn't work, including how much extra it would cost for Plan B. Thankfully, Plan A worked. He augered the toilet 3 times and we were back in business. He also gave me some helpful information regarding our plumbing to help cut down the chances of recurrence.
I will definitely use Youngs Plumbing again in the future.

"Bob was great. Repaired toilets and replaced bathroom faucet and repaired kitchen faucet. Explained all work before doing. Very professional service. Jobe well done. Definitely recommend this plumber."

"They were very thorough, prompt, professional, but it took me 6 weeks to get the appointment despite the fact that we have young kids, were concerned about mold forming under our tiles, and had water dripping down our walls.  They said they would give me an "emergency priority"- how long do the people have to wait who don't have emergencies?!  Wow.  The quote was a little higher than others, but was more thorough.  They did not really explain that we would have to remove the washer, dryer, and bathroom (shower, toilet, vanity) for them to install the drain tile, then replace them all. We decided it was just too expensive and had the cracks sealed instead.  So far no leaking, but our fingers are crossed for spring."
