The techs showed up as promised for the estimate and installation made appointments. He gave a very fair bid and did a good job installing a leak detecting device. It was their first installation of this kind of equipment and weren't too knowledgeable on programming it, but their workmanship was very good.

Called & talked to Dirk. He told me he was finishing a job and would be right over. Showed up within the hour & pumped out the tank (he said it was due), then checked out our slow drain. He determined there was a clog in the house, removed the toilet and ran a snake through clearing the line. Checked for free flowing water...everything was good. He could have just pumped the tank & left, but he checked everything. GREAT JOB!!

Dirk called me immediatly to set up an appointment to have my faucet looked at. Craig the plummer came over on time and checked out the faucet and told me what was wrong with it. He called around for the part but couldn't find it. After he left I found the warranty and part number that I can order from the company. When I get the part Craig said he will come back and install it. He was very clean and thorough. I have recommended this company to my neighbor.
