VERY DISAPPOINTED. After 4 months of waiting for materials, project began 10 days before Thanksgiving: main bath tub, vanity, floor, wall tile; master bath floor tile, vanity, re-plumb for 2 sinks' counters and sinks for both. The demolition crew damaged door, did not remove sink parts or towel holders before carting away, and discarded toilet bolt covers. Plumber got 18 grease marks on carpet after we reminded them to lay down a tarp to protect the carpet--carpet is about 1 year old. (they did send a carpet cleaner after the project -- after it has set for 2 weeks, and after we spent about 2 hours cleaning with Dawn -- and most came out). No communication. Did not show up when promised--no respect for our time or schedule. We had to install one toilet ourselves (needed an upstairs toilet for Thanksgiving and the toilet they installed leaked onto the new, beautiful tile, so could not be used--although we were told not to worry about it, we did not want to cause any damage). Sub-standard drywall repair and baseboard install. No attempt to correct. Vanity incorrect size for space---need 30" for toilet allowance in our community. Had to ditch the "filler"(that we paid for) and move the vanity over 1 1/2 ". Toilet valve not connected correctly; they finally sent a plumber to correct (and to reseat the leaky toilet). Hack job on cutting holes for pipes under vanities--we offered a hole saw, but they said it was not needed. Counters do not complement floor and wall tile—impossible to select from a very small sample--we will need to replace--for $3000. Communication and respect are key. These challenges were shared by the workers--including the plumbers. Many "no responses" to calls and text messages and emails. The project took FIVE WEEKS. FIVE WEEKS of a mess throughout the house. The tile job is EXCELLENT!!!! The outside contractor they hired for the tile is an artist. He took care and patience in making sure the tiles were perfectly placed. Would hire him again!

I had high hopes for this project. I found the company on Angie's List and was impressed after visiting their large showroom and meeting with the sales associate Dana. I had decided to have my flooring job done by a company that specializes in flooring installation after having not so great results with  using one of the "big box" stores for carpet installation. We had also planned to do a bathroom remodel but dropped that idea after the kitchen floor experience. On the first day, one person showed up about 90 minutes late, and was not prepared for the job. He was under the impression that he was to rip out an old vinyl floor and was not aware that the old floor was a ceramic floor. He did not have the equipment he needed to demolish the floor, and he also needed more help, as this was a big job in a large kitchen. Eventually he got the equipment and extra help and started to remove the old floor.I was shocked when I returned home from work that first day. My entire house, and I am not exaggerating here, was covered from top to bottom with a thick layer of white dust from the floor demolition.Apparently the old floor was improperly installed on a drywall subfloor so there was a massive amount of dust released during the removal of the old floor. It was as if a dust bomb had been released in the house! The workers did not use any type of barrier to prevent the dust from being released into the house, so every surface in the house, even the second floor, was covered with this dust. My husband and I both called the company to complain. We tried to contact Dana but she was "unavailable". I was told by the one of the staff that it's not their practice to use a plastic barrier to keep dust in the work area. They did send someone out the next day to vacuum up some of the dust on the first floor but that was just a minute part of the mess. The installers put up a plastic barrier on the second day. When the floor was finished, the installer put dirty, scuffed trim back on the toe kick area and dirty quarter round trim around the cabinets! The trim is white so this is very noticeable. When I mentioned to him that the trim needed painting he said I should get a can of spray paint! The floor looks pretty good. There are a couple of small spots that look bumpy like the subfloor isn't smooth underneath. I am probably the only one who notices. The overall experience with Banter was negative and I would not use them again. Incidentally, it took me 8 hours to clean the dust off every surface in my kitchen alone, and $150.00 to have all the curtains and valances from kitchen and living room dry cleaned.

The office staff was great and very helpful with selection of the floor material. The salesperson listened to my needs and was very knowledgeable in the products. Everything she told me about the selected floor material has proven to be correct.

The crew was friendly and cleaned up nicely.

I purchased a home that needed some updating. My son had Banter do his flooring and carpeting, and was pleased with the quality and prices, so I went to them to get all of my flooring.  I was also looking to have new cabinets installed in my kitchen.  After looking at the variety of options they had for cabinetry, and checking prices elsewhere, I decided to have them do my kitchen remodel as well.  Their prices were right in line with other quotes that I have received on similar plans.  I was pleased with the entire  process  of  the remodel, starting with initial advice and consultations with Brandon, and with the work done by each of the crews - carpeting, laminate, vinyl, and kitchen installation.  They were all polite and professional.  I was most impressed with the attention to detail on much of the work.  The best part for me was dealing with one company / person throughout   the entire process.  Brandon kept me informed of all scheduling in a timely manner, and did some follow-up work to make sure the everything was completed as needed.  I have received many compliments on the materials and workmanship of the work that was done.

The flooring was great but the installation was average because in comparison, the other flooring service provider I used did a better job. The man who did the job was okay but in the future, I would use a different service provider.

They were okay. They weren't overly helpful with choosing carpet and I feel like I got crappy carpet and it needs to be replaced already.

Final instalation looks good.  Installers did not show up one day.  I called the company and they said the installer was stuck somewhere. This was at 10am.  The work supervisor came over with someone to start working.  This was on day 3 of the job which they said would be a 3 day job.  It ended up being a 5 day job.  Not enough workers here daily and they showed up at 9:30am daily.

It was personalized service. I did not feel rushed and when we asked them too, they offered their input, what would work best and be best for what we needed. They held their time frame to when they said the work would be done. It was just excellent service. They have a large selection to choose from. They do not try to sway you one way or another price wise. If you ask for their input they are extremely helpful.

Overall, just as expected.  Flooring was ordered and as construction on the room progressed, floor installation was scheduled.  There were no unforeseen issues or problems with the installation.

Everything was fabulous. I walked in there with the name of the floor manufacturer. Banter Floor & More actually did not carry that product, but they got right on it and carried the product. Their price was better than that of the floor manufacturer. The installers, even though they were a bit rough around the edges, did a great job. One of the interior designers there was a fabulous resource. She really helped me in designing my kitchen. The price and the service were great. Everything was on time and there were no delays or any problems. The installers were simply fabulous. It was a fabulous experience altogether.
