Excellent! I called a few hours ago with no rush intended. Kraig showed up and was like a white tornado! He fixed the faucet and gave me the bill which I was surprised to see was so reasonable! Thanks Norm's you will be my forever plumbers!

A different plumber (who shall remain nameless unless my mother does not receive her refund in two weeks) temporarily fixed my elderly mother's water heater (it lasted six hours) and told her that if it didn't work ,it would be time for a new water heater; Norm's Plumbing told my mother that she did NOT need a new water heater, but a new thermocouple. He installed a new thermocouple, and her water heater has been working beautifully for a week now.

Norm's was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this company. I have been working on an old house for years. Have had several not positive experiences with various contractors and workers; however, Norms was excellent in every aspect of this small project. On time, on budget, and completely professional. Excellent. He had to leave and get some custom parts but essentially did everything right. He's very experienced with a broad knowledge of home repairs in general and gave good advice on other topics we mentioned. Norm's plumbing are the only plumbers we'll call. If their busy, we can wait.

THIS WAS A HUGE JOB AND WE COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW REASONABLE THE COST WAS. THEY EVEN PUT IN NEW SEWER LINE AND MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BOTH RECOMMENDED THEM TO EVERYONE WE KNOW.
