I was told for $320 I would either get one man for 8 hours, or 2 men for 4.  It turned out that 4 men came for 2 hours.  After about 5 minutes, the boss told me that they usually didn't get the job completed in 2 hours - but I could buy an additional hour either from him directly or through Angie's list.  I was told that in the original price that they would strip the wallpaper, remove all of the paste, patch and smooth all rough spots. 

Now I will need to pay the painter to  finish the first job before the painting is started.

He also painted my entire interior, fixed all the holes in the walls, and even painted the crown molding. "They do not wear booties or vacuum up any of the sanded plaster.  It was a big job for me to clean it up. They got grey filler from the ceiling on my wallpaper. Most of the ceiling was pretty smooth- but far from perfect. Some lumps and holes. I was disappointed
