Bales Construction did a kitchen and bath remodel for me. Both were total gut jobs on a 100 yr old house. I’m extremely pleased with their work and their workers. We had absolutely no experience with remodeling and Jake Bales was extremely helpful with our kitchen and bath layout. I would highly recommend them.

In 2014, we hired Bales Construction to complete a major addition and remodel. They did great work then. Unfortunately, we lost everything in a house fire 9 years later. We were so happy with them the first time that we rehired them for the rebuild and they knocked it out of the park. They will work with you to find the perfect balance between quality and price. They were patient and walked us through the project and pointed out things we never would have thought of. If you are wanting higher end finishes, light fixtures and plumbing fixtures, let them know upfront for budgeting or plan on paying for those extras. The pictures speak for themselves though! They work with top notch vendors that gave us the most beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The crew is polite and friendly and worked hard to make sure all of the small details were taken care of. Highly recommend!

Bales Construction did an amazing job with our home renovation. We live in an old farmhouse that needed major renovation through the entire home. Even with the challenges of an old home, they did a great job on everything. Our contractor, Jake and his team, transformed our house into a home. They added a bathroom upstairs and reconfigured the entire floor, remodeled the dining room, kitchen, half bath, mudroom/laundry room, and master suite shower, added a pantry, and relocated our back door to make better use of our space. I recommend them for any project you have on your wish list!
