From the beginning stages Colin made helpful suggestions to put together a design that we loved. Both Colin and the office manager Monica were responsive to any questions that came up along the way. Friendly crew that worked very hard and did an impeccable clean-up job each day. It looks like a brand new house from the outside and we couldn't be happier! Finally, we must complement The Pool Shop and Grounds for hiring great support crews.  Both teams worked very quickly and their attention to details were outstanding.  In addition, they were also very friendly and considerate.  The professionalism they
displayed represented both companies extremely well ? adding to even more satisfaction we experienced during the installation. 
 
Spring is just around the corner.  We look forward to attending Pool School and enjoying our new backyard experience next season.

"They replaced sections of our sidewalk and driveway apron. They were prompt and the work looks great. Pricing was fair. They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. They were also a bit sloppy and got globs of concrete on the asphalt driveway that was left to dry."
