"We recently moved to a new house with terrible well water. Angie's List led to US Water Systems and almost immediately they answered our email. An appointment was made to analyze our water. After a series of tests and knowledgeable expert advice we made our selection. Installation went as scheduled and was professional and personable. An unpredictable problem developed (a crawlspace kink in some plastic tubing) and it was adeptly repaired within 24 hours. Our new softener is an excellent unit, after only a day I can tell a significant if not magnificent improvement. I'm no longer afraid of brushing my teeth! I'm very pleased with the service we received from US Water Systems."

"He arrived on time and took care not to damage anything in the process. My water heater was in a tight-fitting area but he was able to make everything look easy. I had a shower head that was clogged up and he went above and beyond by removing it and telling me how to get it unclogged. I will definitely use him again."
