"Showed up on time and were very courteous and professional when speaking about the project. Snaked the main sewer drain, one toilet and replaced one toilet. When using a snake to unblock a toilet, they made quite a mess on the walls. Was never cleaned by them or told about it before they left. Found it after they finished the job. The toilet they installed runs after flushing. Have to constantly wiggle the handle after flushes."

"Ivan was terrific. He had to access our main sewer line by pulling up our toilet due to us not having an outside cleanout. "We recently moved to a new house with terrible well water. Angie's List led to US Water Systems and almost immediately they answered our email. An appointment was made to analyze our water. After a series of tests and knowledgeable expert advice we made our selection. Installation went as scheduled and was professional and personable. An unpredictable problem developed (a crawlspace kink in some plastic tubing) and it was adeptly repaired within 24 hours. Our new softener is an excellent unit, after only a day I can tell a significant if not magnificent improvement. I'm no longer afraid of brushing my teeth! I'm very pleased with the service we received from US Water Systems."
