"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

After about 6wks of back and forth with them they replaced the water heater. Guess what?? There's still a leak!!! I called the warranty company to advise it's still leaking, they contact these crooks, schedule a return appt, they don't show up or call me back! After reading all of these reviews, I'm never allowing them back in my home. The service men were lazy, unprofessional, and clearly not knowledgeable. They didn't bring the proper tools. Requested help with removing the water heater. Whoever runs the phone service calls and texts you late at night then gets mad if you contact them after 5pm or weekends. I let him know, if you can contact me late, I'll be contacting you late! I'm not sure who he thinks he is, but he's going to scam the right home owners and get his just desserts very soon! "
