They did a very good job. I was told just the interior would take 3-4 hours. My response was that any interior detailing I'd had done took no more than two hours. I was surprised that they were able to meet the two hour estimate I mentioned.

I was scheduled to bring my car in at 9:00am and told it would be 3-4 hours. After 5 hours I checked with one employee and was told it wouldn't be ready until 4:00pm. In general, the employees are borderline rude and don't really seem to care about customer service.

I never have to wax, I could just take it to the car wash and wash it and it just shines like they just waxed it so it's very good. This year, they cleaned the motors. I never asked them to do it but they called and told me that underneath the car was dusty and dirty. It looks like it's brand new underneath. It's very good. Their price is okay. It was excellent. I've been using them since back late 70's or 80's. I'd give them an A all the time. It's a good price. I use them every year.

He always does a good job. They are prompt, they do a good job, and they make sure you are satisfied before you leave. I felt the price was good for what they did.

The interior detail with upholstery/spot application was done a expected. Great job. A couple of spots that had been there for awhile did not come completely out, but I wasn't surprised. I was pleased with the job done. Really wish they would have honored the other groupon purchase for the exterior detailing. Luckily I was able to get credit for that purchase with Groupon to use for another purchase-Thanks Groupon!

They were supposed to detail my small pickup. They just washed and waxed it. They didn't even wash out the bed of the truck.
I don't think I got my money's worth, so I won't be using them again.

I like Ziebar Tidy Car to clean my vehicles because they actually put a sealant on the exterior, instead of just waxing. They run specials during certain times, which is when I use them.

Called to verify price for detailing an Escape. Made an appointment but had to drop the vehicle very early in the morning to leave it there all day. The company is accommodating for this need. My husband picked the truck up and he said it seemed fresh and clean inside. I do believe I would use this company again for other specialties, not car detailing. The price was a special and I wouldn't have chosen them if it had been the full price. I can get better quality for just a little more.

Excellent service at desk. Individual made extra step of printing my coupon off since I had not done it yet. Time of service was exactly what they had told me and the work done was excellent. Every person at ziebart that I had contact with was very professional and helpful.

It was a good experience. The only thing we didn't like was that there was a bit of pressure to get other things done that we didn't need. Once we object to any additional work, we didn't want it to last and they did put some additional pressure on us to get other things done. The price was very comparable with other window/detailing places.

I have had two problems with Ziebart in Greenwood. Once a remote starter fob went bad within only a couple months of purchase. They said the fob is not covered in the warranty and they wanted something like $90 for another one. They said their warranty only covers the starter unit installed on the car, not the remote fob. Then I took my car in for the "Free" annual maintenance for the paint protection and fabric guard. They said I needed to pay $69 to have the interior shampooed so they could do the reapplication of the fabric guard. The manager, Bob, told me, "You should be more careful to read the documentation to understand what you purchase." In my opinion their business practices are dishonest, deceptive, bait and switch techniques. In essence, if I don't pay $69 for the "free" annual maintenance I purchased for $100, the warranty will be voided. Then he told me he'd rather not do business with me and not to come back.

This location was recommended by my Honda dealership as doing quality work. I called and asked what the price would be for a complete detailing job and they quoted about $150 as a special promotional price. The said they could get me in Monday. I dropped my car off Sunday evening while they were closed and left the keys in the night drop box since they wanted it early that next morning. I called Monday about noon to find out how they were progressing and they had not started my car yet. I asked if it would be ready by closing and they said it would. I had plans for the afternoon. When I arrived at 5pm, the car was ready and I paid. The interior was still wet from the shampooing leading me to believe it had just been serviced in the past couple of hours. While I did not say anything at the time, I was very annoyed that I dropped my car off the night before for a 9am appointment the next morning and my job was shoved back so other jobs presumably would be completed before me. The car was in clean condition but some dirt in the carpet was not lifted and the side of the driver's seat had not been cleaned. A child's car seat had been removed during the process and it had not been reinstalled. In fact, it was not even in the car when I left. When I got home, I noticed it missing and had to go back the next day to get it. I would have been happier had they offered to bring it to me. The service was generally fine and I MAY go back next year because of a special pricing deal. But this company needs to make honest appointments and stick to the schedule. They do a lot of business with a south side car dealership and that day had detailed about 30 cars for them. They showed me the schedule. So I guess I was shoved to the end. Not a good business practice folks and not a good way to get return business especially since I get my car serviced at that dealership and could make it known to them how their customers are treated. But I didn't. I recommend with caution.

They are very friendly in order to get the sale. Once the sale is complete, the opposite is true. I had a couple of issues after the sale that they were not in a hurry to address. I finally lost my temper and had enough. I wont be going back.

We purchased a used Audi and needed to get the windows tinted. We were able to make an appointment with Ziebart for the next day. We also let them know about the smoke smell inside the car as the previous owner was a smoker. They told us about an odor eliminator machine they could put in the car to work on the smell. I called and spoke with Mitch on the phone to see if the car was ready and it was. Mitch was very friendly on the phone. We picked up the car and Bob checked us out, he told me everything to expect and what precautions to take with the new window tint. The tint looks great, they even put an informative flyer in my car to remind me not to open the windows for 3 days, wash them for 7, etc, etc. The smoky smell was completely gone. I couldn't believe how awesome it worked and it was only $25!! I like the fact they offer that detailing service at such a good price. Very good experience, will definitely use them again.

I took my family car there to have it detailed and the windows tinted. Chris, the Ziebart representative, was pleasant; however, when I arrived to drop off the car I felt the prices quoted over the phone were just a gimmick to get me in the store. Once I arrived, Chris tried to sell me everything Ziebart offered. He informed me that instead of the advertised special pricing on the interior and exterior I needed to have the Inner Guard with Ozone treatment so that the car would smell fresh on the inside and the Renu-A-Shine with Clay Bar Treatment to get the exterior to shine like new again. When I arrived to pick up the car I was very disappointed with the detailing. The ash tray was still dirty, there was still dirt on the door panels and the carpet and floor mats looked like they hadn t even been touched. I mentioned these items to Chris and he briefly wiped over everything. He informed me that the carpet and floor mats would not come clean. Since I was unhappy with the work, when I got home I cleaned the entire car. I purchased a small Bissel carpet cleaner and cleaned the carpet, seats and floor mats. I could not believe how much dirt it extracted and how clean the carpet, seats and floor mats now look. I would not recommend Ziebart to anyone who wants to have their car detailed.

A LITTLE PUSHY ON THE SALES PITCHES, BUT THEIR PRODUCT IS GOOD (BED LINER). THEY RETURN PHONE CALLS AND HAVE THE VEHICLE READY WHEN PROMISED.
