"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

Primary Maintenance came out to diagnose the faucet issue and confirmed that it needs new cartridges. I ordered new cartridges and they arrived and Primary Maintenance came back out. Carl, the tech, came out and was confused by the cartridges and said that another plumber could complete this job and to call the office to get it set up. I called to have the other tech come out and John said that because they had to come out multiple times I would have to pay for it. So I called home warranty company. Home Warranty company informed me that because I had the wrong cartridges, I would have to pay. But, I went through the trouble of double checking the part and the instructions and made sure the right parts were there during the original service call. And John knew.
