"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"I tried everything I could think of to keep out the 14" of water I would get in my basement, then I hired another company (shall remain nameless) just to have their system ripped up in 2 and a half short years because they would not honor their warranty. As a last ditch effort before bulldozing my home or filling my basement in with stone and making it a crawl space, I called EverDry of Michiana and to my surprise, the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. I live in an area with a very high water table and keeping water out is a major issue. The install was almost effortless on my part. I had some issues later and was very pleased that EverDry honored their promise to come back out and do what needed to be done (like adding more finger drains) to keep the water table below my floor. I understand that they are high-quality work but just to remodel my bathtub was $24,000. I can remodel my whole entire bathroom for less than 15,000 and that is including bathtub toilet flooring and a new vanity, I understand it is high-quality but what is the likelihood that somebody is gonna live in their house for 40 to 50 years let alone every 10 to 15 years outdated I am so sorry but I am not paying five times the amount just because you are a namebrand"
