"Ms. [Member Name Removed], We will gladly give you the referral bonus if you just provide the neighbors name that you referred and we did the work for them. I am sure it was just a oversight on our part that we did not send that to you. Regarding the satellite I will look into that further and see what the circumstances are. If it was a wind storm that is a weather related issue and that is not something that is in our control and would not be covered by a warranty. But I will definitely looked into it. Terri Rogers"

"I apology that our estimator did not follow through on this. I am looking into the situation and I will have someone contact you. Please be assured this is not standard practice for Rogers Roofing."

"Ms. {member's name removed}, Thank you for taking the time to post your experience with Rogers Roofing. We truly appreciate our customers and strive for 100% customer satisfaction."
Disrespectful. Would never do business with Rogers Roofing.
I had contacted this company for a repair. I had previously found them on Angie?s List with high ratings and requested a roofing estimate earlier in the year (took weeks of follow-up to finally get it). I had to wait for a week to have Rogers Roofing contractor tack down siding from blowing away and replace siding, if possible, or another option I found acceptable. The damage happened after a rain storm with strong winds the previous week. That never happened.
First, I have to state that I NEVER authorize anyone on my property without an appointment or permission. No one is to show up on my property when they desire. I scheduled an appointment when I am home to be on the premises when they arrive. Ed Rogers shows up unannounced the day before. Opens the gate and I find him in my backyard. I told him the appointment was tomorrow at 9:00 am. He said he was in the area. He took a photo, which I could have provided early in the week. Said the aluminum siding is not made anymore. And, he also cannot tack down to keep it from flying because he is just looking. Says the siding has to get replaced. Says he will see me tomorrow. Did not say I can?t do it, I will not do the job, don?t have the resources.
Friday, no one shows up. I contact the office. Ed returned my call. Says no one told me they would do the repair. Says they are all busy and can?t get to it until PROBABLY Monday. When I caught him in a lie, he says I misunderstood. Ya, women are stupid, we misunderstand everything, right? I said snow is predicted for tonight and I waited all week and now you won?t do any repairs? Who am I going to find today, last minute? Said he had to look at it first and take a photo. I said to the office, when I made the appointment, that I had a photo; they refused. So your photo is better than my photo; shows the same thing right? I put him on the spot and said, since I do not want to misunderstand again?.tell me what PROBABLY MONDAY means? That you will be here or you won?t be here? Are you or are you not coming ?PROBABLY MONDAY?? Please explain I said. Screaming at me during the entire conversation, he tells me ?GET SOMEONE ELSE?.
Angie?s List customers, if a man screams at a woman to convince us that we ?misunderstood? take your business elsewhere. This is not a company that resolves conflict in a respectful manner and he could have handled himself more professionally. Image what would happen if something during the construction went wrong?
His roofing prices are very inflated with options to cut a ridge with a large vent for the attic, which according to many home efficiency companies, insulating your attic is the best option, not adding more vents or a one large vent. Yes, women do their research.
"I would like to say I am sorry for taking so long to answer this review, I have been ill. Thank you Ms. [Member Name Removed] for your comments. First I never raised my voice durning any of our phone conversations. I tried to explain our process for inspecting potential work as did our our office personal to you , you did not want ot listen. There was never a contract or a promise to do any work on your home. I also never make any assumptions about men or womens knowledge of construction. As for coming to your property ahead of my appointment I was trying to service your request as soon as possible, never did you mention to me or my office personal that no one was to be on your property while you were not there , in fact the day I did come you came out and said Thank You for coming early. I did not tell you that your siding was not made , I said it would be hard to match up properly. In closing after 9 minutes on the phone trying to explain our procedures as a company you did not want to listen, so I felt it was in your best interest and the interest of our company to suggest that your should try and find another company , with that you hung up on me. I am sorry that you did not like our company policies for potential work, but we do have procedures , we do not just come out and nail things up to get it done. As far as your request for an estimate back in June ,again you wanted it dropped off which again is not our policy and after numerous phone calls trying to contact you , you did call our office asking for the proposal , at that time you provided us with an e-mail address and the proposal was e-mailed and we never heard from you again."
"Ms {member name removed} I am sorry that you gave us a F rating because you felt the job was delayed. I know there were several reasons the job had to be delayed as there were construction changes that you wanted to make and that unfortunately caused delays. You did decide to cancel the job and we did refund your money."
"Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We truly appreciate your business."
"Thank you for your input. It was a pleasure doing business with you!"
"[member name removed] I apologize if no one got back to you. I do not have anything in the computer showing you called. I also checked my answering service records and also do not see any messages that you may have called. I am glad you were able to find someone to take care of your problem. If you could provide me with the information on when you called and if indeed you spoke to someone at our office I would greatly appreciate it as I want to make sure this never happens again. Thank you Terri Rogers"
