Spoke personally with the owner of the company and he was very professional and polite. We originally paid for a 10 yard dumpster, but when it came time for the delivery of the dumpster the owner contacted me to let me know that he had run out of the 10 yard dumpsters and would be sending us a 20 yard dumpster at no extra cost. Excellent customer service and communication, as well as great pricing. Will definitely use again if needed and recommend to anyone needing a dumpster.

Ken, the owner of Five Star Sanitation, was the most professional company I have ever worked with. They honored the contract price even though the job was more involved than he had thought. This company was to pick up my dumpster after I called and told them I was done he it still sits at my house in my driveway.
